Brownies contain chocolate (soy lecithin), wheat flour, eggs and artificial vanilla flavour.
All products made by Kates Bakes are baked, decorated and packaged in a household kitchen where the use of gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and other non-allergen friendly products are used.
While Kate strives to have a constantly clean and sanitised work area and the use of all equipment is thoroughly washed and stored correctly, the risk of cross contamination is still a possibility and can not be 100% avoided.

Brownies have a shelf life of up to 7 days if stored in the fridge.
If you wish to keep your brownies for a little longer, storing them in the freezer in an airtight container will keep them fresh and tasty for up to 30 days.
*You may find that the chocolate on top of the brownie may have a slight grainy texture if frozen, this will not impact the taste of the brownie.
