Mother’s day cakes contain:
Gluten, eggs, dairy, artificial flavouring, oil based food colouring, cocoa (chocolate biscuit crumble - made from Arrnot’s chocolate ripple biscuits)
*Lemon blueberry cake contains citrus (lemon) and blueberries
All mother’s day cakes are topped with real roses. Each rose stem is wrapped with food safe floral taping before being inserted into the cake.

Once you have collected your cake, store it in the fridge before consuming.
Once the cake has been cut/opened, store the left overs in an airtight container for up to 5 days. After 5 days the cakes freshness, taste and texture may become compromised.
*May dry out/loose moisture, buttercream can have a grainy texture.
Roses can be thrown away, placed in a vase or used as you see fit

Hold the base of cake box/cake board with 2 hands when moving the cake.
When transporting cake in a vehicle, place the cake on the flattest surface and have the aircon on cold.
This can be:
On the floor of the front passenger seat.
On the passenger seat chair with a towel rolled up and tucked into the crease of the chair to create a flat surface.
Or have someone hold the cake on their lap with two hands.
Drive carefully when transporting a cake/ baked good.
No sudden stopping and take corners carefully.
